Following the Sea Air Space exposition in Maryland, Mission Systems Director David Battle attended the fourth annual Pyne & Partners AUKUS Dinner, held at the Cosmos Club in Washington D.C.

The event brought together influential figures from government, defence, and industry to reflect on progress under the AUKUS security partnership and discuss the complex path ahead. For Mission Systems, it was an invaluable opportunity to deepen connections and contribute to conversations shaping the future of allied defence collaboration.
With a growing portfolio of work in undersea technology and maritime autonomy, Mission Systems is actively supporting AUKUS Pillar II initiatives—helping to deliver next-generation capability through trusted, sovereign technology.
The evening concluded with an address from His Excellency the Hon Kevin Rudd, Australia’s Ambassador to the United States, who spoke candidly about the geo-politics of deterrence and the behind-the-scenes efforts required to turn the vision of AUKUS into reality.
Mission Systems extends its thanks to Marc and Sarah Pavillard from Adroita for the warm introductions and the opportunity to participate in such an important and inspiring event.
